Age Policy
1. Minimum age to book
You must be 18 or older to order any trip, event or service of prismdriftnet.com. We may ask for a passport or ID at booking and on arrival. If the age rule is not met, the service is refused and money is returned under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Travellers aged 16–17
Minors aged 16–17 may join only if a parent or guardian books for them and sends written consent to contact@prismdriftnet.com before payment, and the minor stays with that adult throughout. Solo bookings by minors and anyone under 16 are not accepted. A minor's data is processed only with the guardian's written consent (Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection").
3. Age-restricted activities
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18+ with valid ID. We do not advertise alcohol and our pages and offers are not aimed at minors (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising").
4. Refunds and complaints
Distance trip and event contracts state the total price, the withdrawal right and non-refundable cases (Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce"; Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection"). Complaints: contact@prismdriftnet.com; you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
5. Language
The Ukrainian-language version of this policy is the primary one and is no less informative than this English page (Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII).
