2. Scope and language

This Policy covers personal data from our contact, booking and newsletter forms. Processing follows Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications". Under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII the Ukrainian version of this Policy is primary.

3. Data and purposes

We collect your name, e-mail, phone, message and booking details, and use them to answer enquiries, perform distance contracts, meet accounting duties and, with consent, send marketing. Grounds: consent, contract and legal duty (Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII; Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX).

4. Recipients

Hosting, CRM, e-mail, payment and analytics processors act on our instructions; auditors or authorities receive data only where the law requires. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention

Enquiry and booking records: contract term plus 3 years. Accounting documents: statutory period. Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

Write to contact@prismdriftnet.com to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing or to withdraw consent; we reply within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Non-essential cookies, analytics and marketing pixels are set only after your prior informed consent. The banner links to this Policy and offers a reject option as prominent as accept.

8. Complaints
