We do not sell or guarantee tickets, passes or festival entry unless a product page expressly says so. Admission is controlled by the event organiser under their own rules.

Prices, fees and taxes

Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection", the total price of a trip or event service is shown with all mandatory fees before payment; optional extras and currency costs are excluded, and applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

Insurance, liability and complaints

Travel insurance is not included unless a product page says so; you are responsible for documents, visas and health cover. Nothing here limits your statutory rights. Complaints follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.

Language, data and cookies

Under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII, consumer information is published in Ukrainian as the primary version; where a translation differs, the Ukrainian text prevails. We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX; non-essential cookies and analytics are set only after your prior consent.
