What the seat price covers, and what it does not

One list for every fixed-departure festival trip. Prices are per person in UAH, with a 3,000 UAH deposit and the balance due 21 days before departure.

Included

  • Return coach seat from Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro or Warsaw.
  • Three nights in same-building accommodation on the tier you book, in a shared room of four.
  • Festival transfers on a published shuttle timetable for arrival and departure day.
  • A coordinator on board and a group channel that opens 14 days before departure.
  • City taxes, parking and driver rest stops along the route.

Not included

  • Festival passes. You buy them from the official ticketer; we send the link and the sale date.
  • Meals and drinks, including campsite groceries.
  • Travel insurance and any medical costs.
  • Single-occupancy upgrade and personal spending.
