1. Seller identification

Shown before any order, per Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations.

2. Bookings, prices and age

We operate as a registered tourism entity under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism". Before payment you receive in writing the organiser's identification, the programme, the total price with all mandatory fees, and insurance details. Travellers must be 18+.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You may withdraw from a distance contract before performance starts unless it was performed with your prior express consent. Deadlines, fees and non-refundable cases are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy; refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Complaints and liability

Send complaints to contact@prismdriftnet.com; we reply within 30 days. Nothing here limits your statutory rights or your right to apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.

5. Data, language and governing law

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection". Non-essential cookies and analytics are set only after your prior consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications". Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian as the primary language, per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language". These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
